The first recording today starts with the end of BB3B.

Then, another episode of Secret ShowThe Secret Room.

Victor and Anita are trying to get into the Baron’s secret room. The Baron is voiced by Tom Baker. “Nobody gets inside my secret room but me. That’s what makes it secret, and mine, and a room.”

The chief’s name today is Patty Cake.

Professor Professor disguises Victor and Anita as children, dresses up as their mother, so they can go undercover to Baron’s son’s birthday party. “You’ll mix in with the hundreds of other guests and go completely unnoticed.” The professor’s name is Priscilla Priscilla.

“It’s wonderful that guests have finally come to one of Bobby’s birthday parties, isn’t it, son?” “Yes, Dad.” “Bobby doesn’t get out much.” “You don’t let me out much.” “I’d give him the moon and the stars if I could. And you know what? Pretty soon, I will.”

There’s bumper cars for entertainment.

Baron has clearly fallen for Priscilla.

But Baron’s secret room is for his secret plan. “I want the moon and stars for you” he says, and starts bringing them towards earth using a giant magnet.

But Bobby just wants his dad to do things with him, and he helps his dad reverse the polarity of the magnet. “I did it, Dad. I saved the world.” “I know. I’m proud of you, son.” “We don’t need the moon and stars, Dad, as long as we’ve got each other.” “Now that I’ve found you, son, I’ll never lose you again.”

Media Centre Description: Comedy series for 7-12 year olds about two agents in a top-secret organisation. Robert Baron has a secret room and a secret plan. Victor and Anita must get into the secret room and find out what he’s up to. With the aid of hologram backpacks, Professor Professor transforms Victor and Anita into 8-year-olds and dresses as their mother to escort them to Robert Baron’s son’s birthday party. What could possibly go wrong?

The next episode starts at the end of this recording, but it continues with the next one with Secret ShowAlien Attack.

Victor and Anita encounter a brand new Alien species.

The chief’s name is Peekaboo.

There’s going to be an official greeting ceremony, but for security reasons, Victor and Anita are playing the World Leader and her husband. They have to be briefed on how to communicate with the alien.

But when the meeting comes, the Alien smells like Roast Chicken, and Anita can’t resist eating it. This is a very shocking episode.

The aliens send more ships, but they all get eaten too.

Eating has a side effect. “Everyone who eats an alien turns into a spotty big hand thing.”

Victor wonders why he’s the only one who isn’t eating aliens, then realises, and assembles a team. “The fate of the world is in the hands of vegetarians. Hang on in there, spotty big hand things. I’ll find a cure. Vegetarian Task Force, go!”

But it doesn’t go smoothly. Ray eats one of the aliens on the mothership. “Ray, what have you done?” “Sorry, Victor. It smelled so fishy. I couldn’t help myself.” I thought you were a vegetarian. “Since when was fish a vegetable? All right, how many of you eat fish?”

An even bigger mothership arrives.

Professor Professor prepares to blast the new mothership with rockets. The agents keep eating the aliens before they can tell Victor what the cure is.

But Victor has a brainwave. He tells Professor Professor to let the aliens land. On the mothership, Victor and Ray meet more aliens, these ones yellow. “Have you eaten the green ones?” “Green ones? Yes.” “Good. Now to save your world, you must…” But Ray eats the yellow one before it can finish. “Oh, vanilla ice cream flavour.” Then he burps and a blue alien comes out. “The fusion is complete.” The eating was part of their life cycle.

“For centuries, mankind has sought the answer to the biggest question of all. Why are we here? Well, now we know. Everybody comfortable with that?” I love this show.

Media Centre Description: Comedy series for seven-to-12-year-olds about two agents in a top secret organisation. Victor and Anita make ‘first contact’ with an alien on earth. Unfortunately, the alien smells so meaty and mind-numbingly delicious that Anita eats him live on world television – triggering an invasion of earth! Soon everyone’s eating the aliens and turning into strange ‘spotty-big-hand things!’ Only Victor and his vegetarian task force remain unaffected. Can vegetarians really save the planet?

After this there’s a promo for the M.I. High website, then the recording stops with the start of Thumb Wrestling Federation.

The next recording starts with a trail for Raven and for M.I. High

Then, another episode of Secret ShowWhen Good Food Goes Bad.

Anita and Victor (well, mostly Anita this time) take down The Chef, who’s been selling “Plasti-Munch”, a food with no nutritional value whatsoever.

The chief’s name today is Tegwin Snugglepants.

The Chef escapes from prison. Victor and Anita investigate and find that he might have a bone to pick with Anita. “Hey, that’s not fair. Why are there no pictures of me? I caught him, too.”

Another clue in the cell leads them to the grand opening of Alphonse the Sculptor’s Art of Food exhibition.

Victor wins the chance to be the first to sample Alphonse’s vegetable surprise, but the carrot he bites suddenly screams, and says it doesn’t want to be eaten.

The Chef bursts out of the vegetable sculpture.

Victor is arrested for crimes against vegetables. “I’m sorry, Victor. The carrots filed a complaint.”

Now that people can’t eat vegetables, The Chef’s Plasti-Munch is now sought after (despite it having no nutritional value whatsoever apparently).

Victor is in prison, and he’s upset to see Alphonse in his chair at HQ. Alphonse is discovering all sorts of features of the chair, like toast.

Anita goes to investigate the chef to find out if he brought the vegetables to life. Victor is put in the Chef’s old cell, and discovers some previously unnoticed drawings on the wall, showing the chef’s whole plan, which culminates in baking Anita into a pie.

He grabs a spoon and starts digging. “I’m coming, Anita.”

Anita discovers that the vegetables are robots.

She has to fight them off.

“Anita, I’m here to save…”

The door slams open. It’s Alphonse. “Anita, I’m here to save you.”

They are surrounded by the walking carrots. Victor chops off one of their hands. The carrots are horrified to find that they’re robots, and not vegetables. “And all the time we’ve been fighting for the vegetable cause.” So they turn on the Chef. This was really quite moving and existential.

Back a base, Victor is unhappy that Alphonse is also there, sharing his seat. “Move over!” “Relax. Tea?”

Media Centre Description: Comedy series for 7-12 year olds about two agents in a top-secret organisation. Victor is imprisoned for crimes against vegetables when he eats a talking carrot! It seems that it’s all part of The Chef’s big plan to avenge himself against Victor and Anita and force the world to buy ‘Plasti-Munch’, his synthetic food product with no nutritional value whatsoever!

The next episode continues on, over the end of this recording and the next one. It’s Secret ShowFlick the Switch. This episode opens with a roundup of an unseen adventure. “And so the wobble men from dimension 10 have returned all that they stole, including the Earth’s clouds, left-handed people, and the BBC.” And we learn the chief’s name today is Snottington Fairy Shoes.

Victor wonders what the switch behind his chair does. Anita and Professor Professor taunt him until he presses it.

It causes the base to fall through the Earth to a depth of 15 miles.

They can’t fire the base retros because, as the Professor explains… Kaboom! “Show the Kaboom picture, Ray.”

They try getting Victor flipping the switch back again, but that just drops the base to a depth of 60 miles. Right into the lair of the Reptogators.

They hit the switch again, and now they’re at 90 miles. From the markings on the walls, this is where the Impostor came from.

Victor and Anita watch as the Impostor teaches the others to pretend to be humans.

The Impostor pretends to be Victor’s mum. “She’s an imposter, Victor! What would your mother be doing 90 miles underground?” “She’s very active for her age.”

The Impostors attack the base.

The Reptogators arrive, having followed them, and start attacking the Impostors.

They make it back to the base, and fire the retro rockets to go back up the hole.

Media Centre Description: Comedy series for 7-12 year olds about two agents in a top secret organisation. With a simple flick of a switch Victor plunges the entire U.Z.Z. base 60 miles underground into the lair of the brain-sucking Reptogators! Flicking it back sends the base another 30 miles underground, directly into the lair of the Impostors. Can Victor and Anita save themselves, the entire U.Z.Z. base, and get back to the surface without unleashing their deadliest enemies on the world?

After this, there’s a promo for the M.I. High website. then the recording stops with a few minutes of Dinosapien.

The next recording is an episode of The SimpsonsOld Yeller-Belly which is a new(er) episode.

Homer wants to build Bart a new treehouse, but he doesn’t want to buy his lumber, so he steals railway sleepers. “It’s okay, Bart. This track has been abandoned since 19- Uh-oh.”

Marge realises that Homer will never get it built, so she calls in help from the Amish.

Homer has a grand opening party. “Very nice. Did you do the wiring yourself?” “Heck, no. The Amish did it. Who knows more about electricity than the Amish?”

The treehouse catches fire and Homer is trapped under an ice sculpture of himself. He tries to get Santa’s Little Helper to help him but he runs off.

As a result, Homer ostracises him, and he has to make do with Homer’s discarded stuff, like a can of Duff, which causes a photographer to take a picture, and he becomes the 2003 equivalent of a viral sensation.

He’s signed up to be the new face of Duff Beer, replacing Duffman. His first advert is on the ISS.

But just as Homer is getting a payoff, the dog’s original owner turns up – he abandoned SLH at the greyhound track, but has come to claim ownership.

SLH is interviewed by Regis Philbin.

They go looking for Duffman to try to get him his job back.

Their plan is for Homer to pretend to be drowning, Lisa says SLH will save him, but SLH is too scared. Then Duffman will save him. Except that there’s a shark, and Duffman is too scared too.

The shark grabs the duff can Homer’s floating on, and bites it. “Check it out. That shark’s wasted.” “He’s gone from predator to partier.” “The crowd’s going crazy for that shark. Guys want to be him. Girls think they can change him. Everyone, say hello to our new mascot. Duff McShark!”

Now SLH doesn’t have a lucrative contract, his former owner gives him up.

Media Centre Description: Santa’s Little Helper replaces Duffman as the Duff mascot. Homer makes a fortune out of the dog’s success until its original owner turns up.

Then next recording is another episode of The SimpsonsBrake My Wife Please. It’s quite strange.

On a trip to the aquarium, Lisa looks in a closed-off area and finds penguins flying.

Bart goes to some lengths for his pranks.

Homer fills his car with loads of unnecessary appliances. He ends up driving the car off the end of a pier and has his license revoked.

He tries walking all the way to Moes. Then turns to see his kids down the road. “Way to go, Dad.”

There’s a random cameo from Steve Buscemi.

There’s a big musical number, during which Marge runs him over.

In hospital she manages to spill hot soup over him.

They go for counselling.

Homer realises that he’s at fault, and wants to make it up to Marge, and everyone he asks about what to do for Marge wants to help, so there’s a nice party.

Jackson Browne does a song.

Media Centre Description: Homer’s banned from driving and Marge loses her marbles. With the guest voices of Steve Buscemi, Jane Kaczmarek and Jackson Browne.
