The first recording today starts with the end of The Revenge Files of Alistair Fury.
Then there’s an episode of M.I. High – The Big Bling.
A criminal mastermind called Mr B has been stealing large diamonds, and only the Koh-i-noor is left.
The actual Koh-i-noor has been brought to St. Hope’s for safe keeping.
A famous footballer is leading a “Sling your Bling” campaign around schools, encouraging children to get rid of jewellery so they won’t be victims of crime. The missing apostrophe on the slogan on his bus is annoying me.
The footballer Ben Lacey, is played by Abdul Salis. He’s the prime suspect for stealing the diamonds as all the thefts have coincided with his school visits around the country.
Ben’s assistant is his very nerdy brother Reginald.
But it’s Reginald who’s the criminal mastermind Mr B, who’s building a massive laser from all the stolen diamonds.
They try using the laser to get access to the MI9 hideout.
Media Centre Description: Children’s spy drama with high school kids Blane, Daisy and Rose. When the most famous diamonds in the world are stolen, the team investigate the captain of the England football team for crimes against bling.

Then it’s an episode of The Simpsons – Half-Decent Proposal.
Marge is being kept awake by Homer’s snoring. But they can’t afford surgery to fix it.
She stays with Patty and Selma to get away, and they hear about her old boyfriend Artie Ziff who’s now a rich inventor. They send an email to him, with Patty and Selma spicing up Marge’s message. “You can’t use the word sex on the internet.”
Artie has a proposal for Marge. “Homer, I will give you one million dollars to let me spend a weekend alone with your wife.”
Eventually, Homer agrees. There’s a nice M*A*S*H reference as Marge leaves in Artie’s helicopter.
Artie has recreated their school prom.
Homer crashes the party and sees Artie kissing Marge. but he doesn’t see Marge pushing him away. So he leaves (with Lenny) and gets a job on an oil field. It’s dangerous work.
They get trapped on a burning derrick.
Marge arrives on Artie’s helicopter, assures Homer there’s nothing between her and Artie. Lenny says “There’s nothing on that helicopter for me.” Carl leans out of the helicopter. “Don’t be so sure.”
